PUBLIC NOTICE OF REPEAL OF DEVELOPMENT CONTROL PLANS
Pursuant to Clause 22 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, Lithgow City Council hereby gives notice that the following two development control plans have been repealed;
- Shire of Evans Exempt and Complying Development Control Plan
- Shire of Evans Rural Subdivision and Erection of Dwellings Development Control Plan.
The repeal is effective from the date of this notice.

STREET CLOSURE - MAIN STREET LITHGOW
Lithgow City Council would like to advise that MAIN STREET LITHGOW will be CLOSED from Eskbank Street to Station Street . The closure will start from 6pm on the 31 st December 2008 until 6am on 1 st January 2009.
