This position is primarily responsible for further development and enhancement of community services within the Lithgow CouncilLocal Government Area, through implementation of Council's Social Plan, Crime Prevention Plan and development of Access and Equity plans and statements.

The successful applicant must address all selection criteria, Tertiary qualifications in community development, social sciences, crime, or proven extensive project delivery experience relating to community safety and/or community development or place based project work. Experience of high level project management and capacity to manage a number of concurrent projects are essential.

infrastructure projects.

This position is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of Council's Water and Wastewater Division in accordance with Council Strategic, Management, Corporate and Business Plans within legislative and budgetary requirements.
