Venue Hire Fees & Charges

Wedding Ceremony
Non-refundable deposit $25.00

Hire of Grounds
(inc. Photography 9.00am – 5.00pm) $265.00

Hire of Grounds only
( 9.00am – 5.00pm) $225.00

Wedding Photography in grounds
( 9.00am-5.00pm) $50.00

Permit for erection of marquee $440.00
(Fee does not include marquee hire)

General Photography & Film
(first 4 hours) $50.00

General Photography
(additional hours) $75.00

 

Caterers for functions at Eskbank House will need to supply their own cooking/cooling appliances and must ensure that all Food Safety regulations are adhered to.

** Hired marquees do not include the marquees that are available free-of-charge through local businesses which may be erected, subject to approval, as a temporary shade shelter during a function in the gardens.

 

 

 

 

These fees and charges will apply at Eskbank House from 1 July 2007 to 30 June 2008. Any queries relating to this matter must be directed to Miss Deborah McGrath, Lithgow City Council on 6354 9999 between 8.15am & 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
